PhD Degree Awarded to Mr. Ali Muqbil Ali Musa in Physical Education
Mr. Ali Muqbil Ali Musa was awarded a PhD degree in Physical Education Sciences for his dissertation titled “The Impact of Using Proposed Exercises to Rehabilitate Lower Limb Muscles in Patients with Post-Surgical Fractures,”” which was submitted to Department of Physical Education at Faculty of Physical Education – Sana’a University. The dissertation aimed to identify the impact of the proposed exercises on muscle strength, range of motion, and the muscular circumference of the thigh and leg in post-surgical fracture patients.
The dissertation concluded that there were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of these variables, with results favoring the post-measurements.
In his dissertation, Dr. Musa recommended using the researched exercises in a structured manner, early in the recovery process, and under the guidance of the treating surgeon. This approach is crucial for preventing complications that may arise if rehabilitative exercises are neglected.
