Dr. Abdulrahim Omar delivered a lecture on sports recreation to Third-Level students at the faculty of Physical Education, Sana’a University, titled “Sports Recreation as a Healthy Lifestyle”, He explained the role of recreational sports in enhancing both physical and psychological well-being, as well as its contribution to reducing daily life pressures and improving overall quality of life.
