Types of Strokes in Table Tennis

As part of the lecture series for the second semester of the current academic year, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdulrahim Omar delivered an academic lecture to second-level students within the course Racket Sports, entitled “Types of Strokes in Table Tennis.”

The lecture provided a comprehensive explanation of the various fundamental strokes in table tennis, highlighting the principles of correct technical execution for each stroke, common mistakes, and appropriate methods for correction.

This approach contributes to the development of students’ technical and physical skills.
