Mission
The program seeks to prepare well-qualified through distinguished and high-quality education that equips students with scientific knowledge, research capabilities, and professional skills in all political science fields. This will enable the Yemeni society’s need to establish a democratic system based on the sovereignty of law and equal citizenship principles.
Aims of the Program:
- Qualifying students academically and intellectually, and providing them with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in political science to meet the needs of public institutions and international organizations, serve the Yemeni community, and participate in developing political and democratic work that promotes the sovereignty of law and equal citizenship.
- Developing students’ critical thinking skills and providing them with modern scientific research methods and techniques to develop political knowledge.
- Training students and qualifying them to practice politics in all fields by developing their skills in political analysis, projecting future scenarios for political situations and events, and providing solutions to important problems and issues facing society.
- Keeping pace with all recent developments in political science fields, including political theory, political systems, public administration, and international relations, using various information sources.
