Mission
The program seeks to provide distinguished and competitive education and to prepare graduate students cognitively and methodologically in the branches of political science.
Program Aims:
- Preparing highly qualified graduates in political science and public administration, equipped with knowledge, scientific methods, and research skills.
- Incorporating recent trends in political knowledge to understand local, regional Arab, and international political issues.
- Ensuring that academic curricula contribute to promoting national values and fostering Yemen’s belonging to Arab-Islamic civilization as well as human civilization.
- Preparing qualified cadres capable of managing public institutions, civil society organizations, and research centers, and working in international governmental and non-governmental organizations.
- Developing students’ effective communication skills and developing their spirit of participation, enabling them to work in various academic and professional careers.
