To prepare highly qualified administrators with academic, professional, and research skills to meet the requirements of development and the needs of the local and regional labor market through highly competent academic staff and modern curricula in accordance with quality and academic accreditation standards, and through effective partnerships with the community and relevant institutions.

Aims of the Program

  • Preparing students academically, practically, and research-wise in the field of business administration, and providing them with the skills necessary to successfully engage in administrative work.
  • Developing students’ skills and capabilities in utilizing information technology and information systems to effectively analyze and address administrative challenges faced by business organizations.
  • Providing the local and regional labor market with qualified administrative personnel.
  • Instilling and developing ethical principles and values among students and promoting a culture of quality and social responsibility towards organizations and society.
  • Providing consultancy services to organizations in the public and private sectors, as well as non-profit institutions, based on their specific needs.
