Academic Year Commences for First-Year Students at the Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment with High Student Turnout

The Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment at Sana’a University launched its lectures for first-year undergraduate students for the new academic year amid an impressive student turnout, reflecting growing interest in the Faculty and student trust in its specialized academic programs.
The inaugural day featured highly structured organizational arrangements. The Faculty Administration and relevant departments welcomed the new students, providing essential guidance and orientation to ease their transition into university life. The orientation covered academic systems, grading regulations, and introduced students to the scientific departments, laboratories, educational farms, and student support services available on campus.
As part of completing immediate academic and administrative requirements, the Faculty began distributing student ID cards to the first-year cohort. This step ensures that students can fully utilize university services from the inception of the semester, reflecting the Faculty’s proactive approach to administrative efficiency.
The Faculty Administration confirmed that the academic and administrative staff have successfully completed all necessary preparations to ensure a strong start to the semester. The current curriculum effectively bridges theoretical education with hands-on field application to fulfill development and market needs.
