Third- and fourth-year students from the Department of Agricultural Engineering and Animal Production at the Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment conducted a practical field visit to the Yemen Dairy Farm in Dhamar Governorate, supervised by Eng. Samar Al-Sulwi and Eng. Amani Hassan.
The visit aimed to reinforce practical learning and link theoretical knowledge to field application. Students observed cattle breeding and care techniques, dairy farm management systems, and the design and construction requirements of livestock housing facilities tailored to animal welfare and production needs.
These academic visits reflect the faculty’s effort to provide applied experiences that build student skills and connect classroom study with industry practices.
