Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education Hosts Town Hall Meeting with Staff

Prof.Dr. Abdulghani Mutahar, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, held an expanded town hall meeting today with the Faculty’s administrative staff. Attended by Mr. Khaled Mohammed Daer, the Faculty Secretary-General, the meeting aimed to strengthen internal communication, review current workflows, and discuss strategic initiatives for institutional development.
Opening the session, Dean Mutahar welcomed the attendees and commended the administrative staff for their pivotal role in supporting the university’s academic mission. He emphasized that the current phase requires enhanced professionalism, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
The meeting served as a forum to review organizational policies and adherence to university regulations. Key topics included:
– Improving mechanisms for monitoring and assessing administrative output.
– Proposals to streamline administrative procedures for better workflow continuity.
– Initiatives aimed at boosting staff morale and workplace culture.
Secretary-General Mr. Khaled Daer reinforced these points, stressing the importance of departmental integration and the timely completion of administrative tasks to maintain the Faculty’s operational excellence.
The event concluded with an open floor discussion, where Dean Mutahar listened to feedback and suggestions from staff members. He reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to addressing operational challenges and removing barriers to productivity.
Moving forward, the Faculty plans to hold these consultative meetings regularly to ensure transparency, track the implementation of new recommendations, and further embed a culture of accountability within the institution.
