As part of its commitment to strengthening practical education and preparing highly qualified sports professionals, Professor Ahmed Mohammed Jaser, Professor of Sports Training at the Faculty of Physical Education, Sana’a University, delivered a scientific lecture to fourth-year students entitled: “How to Design Physical, Skill-Based, and Tactical Programs for School Students in the Capital Secretariat of Sana’a.”
The lecture addressed the scientific and methodological principles that should be considered when developing sports programs for school students. Particular emphasis was placed on designing physical, skill-based, and tactical programs that are appropriate for different age groups, meet students’ needs, and support the educational objectives of school sports activities.
Professor Jaser also outlined the practical steps involved in planning, evaluating, and improving training programs, highlighting the importance of applying modern scientific approaches in the development of school sports programs. He emphasized that such approaches contribute to enhancing students’ physical and technical performance, developing their motor abilities, and promoting a culture of sports participation within schools.
The lecture witnessed active engagement from the fourth-year students, who discussed various practical aspects related to the design of school sports programs.
