The visit included an inspection of several Faculty facilities, including classrooms, ‎laboratories, and service facilities, as well as an assessment of the readiness of the ‎educational environment and infrastructure, the available resources, and the extent to ‎which they are utilized to support educational and research activities.‎

The Center’s team comprised Dr. Tawfiq Waze’, Dr. Fathiya Al-Hamdani, and Ms. ‎Wajida Al-Aghbari. The team met with Dr. Abdulmalek Issa, Dean of the Faculty; Dr. ‎Sukina Hashem, Vice Dean for Community Service; Dr. Ali Saeed, Vice Dean for ‎Student Affairs; and Mr. Ali Muqdam, Faculty Secretary. The meeting addressed a ‎number of aspects related to academic and administrative operations and discussed ‎development priorities and needs that could be addressed during the coming period.‎

The meeting also highlighted the importance of developing monitoring and evaluation ‎mechanisms and strengthening the documentation of practices and procedures. Such ‎measures would contribute to improving institutional performance, enhancing the ‎efficiency of academic and administrative work, and strengthening the Faculty’s ‎readiness to meet quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.‎

The ADQAC team emphasized that field monitoring is an important means of gaining a ‎direct understanding of the circumstances of the University’s faculties, identifying ‎opportunities for improvement, and strengthening cooperation with them in addressing ‎areas requiring development. Such efforts ultimately contribute to enhancing the quality ‎of educational, research, and administrative services.‎

The visit forms part of the Center’s program for monitoring the development efforts of ‎Sana’a University’s faculties, supporting their efforts to enhance institutional and ‎academic performance, and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement ‎in furtherance of the University’s objectives and mission.‎
