My Duties were:

My Duties were:

  • To assist in the procurement of goods and services is based on authorized requisitions in line supply plan and logistics policies procedures and in accordance with the division of responsibilities.
  • To liaise closely with Logistics officer on procurement to assisting him in scheduling the procurement process. Also liaise closely with Admin, Finance, and Production departments for any logistic activities.
  • Ensure all suppliers invoices are delivered on time for payment process & Prepare payment packs, get all payment authorizations and record & Copy all payments before forwarding to finance for processing.
  • To keep records of and maintain contacts with suppliers and local repair/maintenance shops, and to conduct price comparisons among them, in order to get the best deals.
  • Carry our regular updates of the requisitions, RFQs, POs status and prepare weekly tracking sheet report for all the requisitions which processed.
