Environmental Sciences Department Launches Training Program in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety

The Department of Environmental Sciences at the Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources, in coordination with the Quality Management Department, inaugurated today its term activities for the academic year 2026–2027 by organizing a training program titled “Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety” for faculty members and students, in cooperation with the Arab Institute for Safety Sciences.
The training program will run for five consecutive days, starting today, Saturday, and concluding on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Daily sessions will be held in the auditorium from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Participants will receive an accredited certificate of attendance upon completing the full duration of the program.
The first day witnessed a remarkable turnout from students, who demonstrated clear interest in the presented training material due to the practical experience it offers, contributing to the preparation of qualified cadres in their scientific and professional specializations.
