💊 Faculty of Pharmacy-Sponsored: Level 4 Students Visit Star Plus Pharmaceutical Company

The University Student Forum at the Faculty of Pharmacy organized a field trip to the Star Plus Pharmaceutical Company. The visit included 28 students from Level 4 (Cohort 35) and was conducted as part of the academic activities aimed at enhancing the practical and applied aspects of the students’ education.
During the visit, students were introduced to the various stages of pharmaceutical manufacturing, starting from the reception of raw materials through to the final product. They also toured the operational and technical departments within the factory, which included:
– Raw Materials Storage
– Weighing, Preparation, and Production Sections
– Filling and Packaging Lines
– Quality Control Departments
– Automated Analysis Laboratories
– Finished Product Warehouses

The students received a warm welcome and significant cooperation from the factory’s management and staff, allowing them to gain direct hands-on knowledge inside one of the country’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

The University Student Forum extended its gratitude to the factory management for their excellent reception and to the Faculty dean office for its continuous support of such scientific activities, which are instrumental in honing student skills and boosting their professional readiness.
