Continuation of Athletics Lectures – Discus Throw Skill

As part of the academic plan of the Faculty of Physical Education – Sana’a University for the academic year 1447 AH (2025–2026), lectures on the Discus Throw skill within the Athletics course are continuing, delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Ali Al-Ashmali to the faculty’s students.

These lectures focus on both the theoretical and practical aspects of the discus throw, training students on the correct technical performance, and developing their physical and skill abilities. This aims to prepare them academically and practically to participate in sports competitions and achieve the best possible results.
