The meeting addressed the importance of strengthening monitoring and evaluation tools and developing mechanisms for documenting performance and institutional practices in ways that contribute to measuring achievement levels and identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.
The field visit also included an inspection of several Faculty facilities, particularly classrooms, laboratories, and service facilities, to assess the readiness of the educational environment and infrastructure, the available resources, and the extent to which they are utilized to support educational and research activities.
The Center’s team emphasized the importance of continuing to develop academic and administrative practices and linking the findings of evaluation processes to improvement plans, thereby enhancing performance efficiency and strengthening the Faculty’s capacity to meet quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.
The visit forms part of the ADQAC’s program at Sana’a University to monitor performance indicators across the University’s faculties, support their efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and develop institutional practices, foster a culture of quality, and enhance the performance and outcomes of educational and research processes.
