SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE:

Dr. Al-Hadramy is a professor of Strategic Management at Sana’at Sana’ egic management
University. Dr Al-Hdramy has an extensive work experience as consultant in strategic management and organizational change and development. He is a national Yemeni expert in Institutional and Change Management. He has extensive knowledge and experience with several Ministries and governmental offices. He has acquired most of his higher education in the USA, where he obtained his doctoral degree in Strategic Management. Ever since he achieved a Master of Business Administration in 1982, he has kept himself active in the academic environment, with a strong focus on Strategic Management. . Mr Al Hadramy was one of the main contributors to the Civil Service Modernization Strategy and led the process of organizational restructuring and development of the Ministry of Education, which prove his ability to work in team and as a leader in delicate situations. He has profound theoretical and practical knowledge of Human Resources Management and has extensive experience in successful restructuring of organizations.
