تزويد الطلاب بتعليم جيد في الهندسة المدنية يؤهلهم ليكونوا محترفين ومؤهلين بما يمكنهم من متابعة الدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي لكي يكون لهم دور رائد في التنمية المستدامة للبلاد ودمجها في الاقتصاد الإقليمي.

الرؤيـــــــــة

تقديم تعلم جيد في الهندسة المدنية، وإعداد البحوث، وتقديم الخدمات، لكي يتمكن من المنافسة إقليمياً.

أهداف قسم الهندسة المدنية :

1. تقديم تجربة تعليمية عالية الجودة من خلال برامج متطورة لمرحلتي البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا في جميع فروع الهندسة المدنية.
2. تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة بهدف الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي (المحلي والإقليمي والدولي).
3. خدمة المجتمع واحتياجات سوق العمل من خلال تقديم الاستشارات الفنية وإعداد البحوث العلمية وإجراء الاختبارات المعملية وتقديم خدمات التدريب.
