Summary:  

Currently I work as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Science at Sana’a

University. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Sana’a University and

received my Master’s and PhD degrees in Environmental Chemistry from University Putra Malaysia. I published my research findings in Q1 and Q2 peer reviewed journals and presented my research at international conferences and workshops including the proceedings of the IUPAC Congress and Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC). My research interests include analytical method development, water analysis, marine pollution, water treatment, emerging pollution and e-learning. I was awarded many awards such as L’Oreal-UNESCO for women in Science in 2014.
