Public MA Viva-Voice Examination of Mr. Abdu Nasser Yahya Alejri
The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the MA Thesis hereto entitled: “Distributed Leadership and Its Relationship with the The Adminstrative Performance Among Science and Technology Leaders in Alamana (Sana’a)’, submitted by Mr. Abdu Nasser Yahya Alejri Department of Educational Planning and Administration, Faculty of Education –Sana’a, was held on Tues., 12/04/1446 Hijri corresponding to 15/10/2024. The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed at knowing the distributed leadership and Its Relationship with the administrative performance among Science and Technology Leaders in Alamana (Sana’a).
The study concluded showed a set of results as: the reality of the distributed leadership among Science and Technology Leaders in Alamana (Sana’a) in its various fields came at high degree, and the reality of administrative performance among the leaders of the University of Science and Technology – Sana’a came at a high degree. The findings also showed that there is no significant statistical difference at level (0.05) among the responses of the sample members towards the distributed leadership among Science and Technology Leaders in Alamana (Sana’a) in all fields at the level of the tool as a whole due to the variables: (Gender- Academic degree – Specialization – Job Title – Experience). There is no significant statistical difference among the means of the sample responses due to gender. There is no significant statistical difference among the means of the sample responses due to Job title at the level of the tool as a whole. There is a high positive relationship between the impact of distributed leadership and the administrative performance of the leaders of the University of Sciences. And technology in Alamana (Sana’a).
The study provided a number of recommendations as: enhancing of group work in work teams for the insurance of performance quality at the University of Sciences. nd technology in Alamana (Sana’a). as one of the important methods; To empower individuals and activate their participation; so, work teams will create a stimulating environment and an appropriate climate for the performance by strengthening a shared sense of responsibility towards the tasks to be accomplished, anticipating problems before their occurrence, diagnosing them, and trying to solve them.
A number of academics, the department head, some researchers, students, interested people, and a number of the candidates’ colleagues and family members attended the viva.
