Sana’a University Media Team Conducts Second Round of Field Visits to Faculties and Centers
Based on the directives of Prof. Al-Kasem Mohammed Abass, Sana’a University Rector, the University’s media team has conducted the second round of field visits to the University faculties and centers. During these visits, the team met with the deans of the faculties and their administrative staff including the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty of Sharia & Law, the Faculty of Commerce & Economics, and the Faculty of Languages.
During the visits, Mr. Adel Al-Hababi, the Rector’s Advisor for Media Affairs, stressed the importance of the websites and social media pages of the University, its faculties, and centers, as these online platforms represent the only windows through which Sana’a University can reach the world. He added that the University’s ranking among world universities is determined by its online presence. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to the content presented and published on the University’s website and social media platforms. He also stressed the importance of covering student activities and events in the faculties and centers and publishing the University news and events on its website and social media pages, as this will help to improve the University’s international ranking and highlight the great services provided by the University to the local community. On the other hand, the Deans of the Faculties explained that they are continuously working on constructing and developing the faculties’ websites and social media pages.
