Public PhD Viva-Voce Examination of Ms. Fareeda Mohammed Mohammed Al-Qulasi

The Public Viva-Voce Examination for the PhD Dissertation entitled, “The Degree of Strategic Leadership Practice and Its Relationship to Achieving Sustainable Development Goals at the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Yemen in Light of the Requirements of Strategic Management”, submitted by Ms.  Fareeda Mohammed Mohammed Al-Qulasi, Department of Administration and Educational Planning, Faculty of Education, was held on Thursday 19/01/1446 Hijri corresponding to 25/07/2024. The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed to determine the degree of strategic leadership practice and its relationship to achieving sustainable development goals at the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Yemen in light of the requirements of strategic management. This was achieved by determining the degree of strategic leadership practice, as well as the level of achievement of sustainable development goals at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Education. The study also aimed to identify the requirements of strategic management and to determine whether there were statistically significant differences in the sample individuals’ estimates of the degree of strategic leadership practice, the level of achievement of sustainable development goals, and the requirements of strategic management according to the following variables: (gender, age, educational qualification, type of specialization, years of experience, and job level).

The dissertation was examined and recommended by the Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance and approval. Then, the Candidate was recommended to be awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy majoring in Administration and Educational Planning with an overall grade of Excellent, and the dissertation was recommended for publication.
