Teams of Faculty of Physical Education and Faculty of Medicine Win in Sana’a University Football League

Under the auspices of the University Rector, Prof. Al-Kasem Mohammed Abass, Sana’a University continues to host its football league featuring college teams, involving 16 colleges divided into four groups.

Today, two matches were held as part of the first round of the league, which will run until next Tuesday. In the first match of Group D, the Faculty of Physical Education team triumphed over the Faculty of Engineering team with a score of 3-2.

In the second match of Group A, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences team secured a victory against the Faculty of Media team, finishing 6-2.

Additionally, the match scheduled between the Faculty of Petroleum team and the Faculty of Science team was awarded to the Faculty of Petroleum team with a score of 3-0 due to the absence of the Faculty of Science team players.

The first round will continue next Saturday with two more matches. The first will be between the Faculty of Pharmacy team and the Faculty of Dentistry team, while the second will be between the Faculty of Computer Science team and the Faculty of Agriculture team.
