Public PhD Viva-Voice Examination of Ms. Hanan Mohammed Abdullah Ismail
The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the PhD Dissertation here to entitled: “The Effectiveness of a Program Based on Flipped Classroom Strategy on Developing 21st Century Skills and Teaching Skills of the Undergraduates in the Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Education-Sana’a Sana’a University and Their Attitudes Towards Teaching Profession”, submitted by Ms. Hanan Mohammed Abdullah Ismail Department of Islamic Studies (Curricula and Methods of Teaching Islamic Studies) , Faculty of Education –Sana’a, was held on Thursday, 5/04/1446 Hijri corresponding to 8/10/2024. The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed at:-
- Knowing the effectiveness of a program based on flipped classroom strategy on developing 21st century skills of the undergraduates in the Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Education-Sana’a- Sana’a University.
- highlighting the effectiveness of a program based on flipped classroom strategy on developing the teaching skills of the undergraduates in the Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Education-Sana’a- Sana’a University
- Finding out the undergraduates’ attitudes towards the teaching profession
The study concluded a number of findings as: a high rate of effectiveness of the program based on flipped classroom strategy on developing 21st century skills of the undergraduates in the Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Education-Sana’a- Sana’a University for the sake of the experimental group. It was also concluded that there was a high rate of effectiveness of the program based on flipped classroom strategy on developing undergraduates’ attitudes towards the teaching profession in favor of the experimental group.
Many recommendations were suggested as: the necessity for the development of Teacher Preparation Programs in the Faculties of Education that includes modern teaching strategies, most notably flipped classroom strategy.
