The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the PhD Dissertation here to entitled: “The Effectiveness of a Program in Practicum Based on Active learning on Developing Teaching Skills, Creative Thinking and Attitude Towards the Profession Among the Students of the Department of Islamic Studies –Faculty of Education Arhab”, submitted by Ms. Samia Ali Ahmed Alharazi Department of Islamic Studies (Curricula and Methods of Teaching Islamic Studies) , Faculty of Education –Sana’a, was held on Tuesday, 7/04/1446 Hijri corresponding to 10/10/2024. The study aimed at:-

Knowing the effectiveness of a program based on active learning on developing teaching skills, creative thinking and attitude towards the profession among the students of the Department of Islamic Studies –Faculty of Education Arhab.

The study concluded many findings as: the effectiveness of the program based on active learning on developing teaching skills, creative thinking and attitude towards the profession among the students of the Department of Islamic Studies –Faculty of Education Arhab.

Many recommendations were suggested as: training undergraduates (pre-service teachers) on active teaching skills during their professional preparation and the necessity of including the principles of active learning and creative thinking skills in the teacher preparation programs.
