Public MA Viva-Voice Examination of Mr. Hassan Hamoud Sharafaldeen
The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the MA Thesis hereto entitled: ” Challenges faced by the administrations of the educational media departments in the educational districts in Alamana“, submitted by Mr. Hassan Hamoud Sharafaldeen Department of Educational Planning and Administration, Faculty of Education –Sana’a, was held on Wednesday, 18/05/1446 Hijri corresponding to 20/11/2024. The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed at identifying the level of difficulties faced by administrations of the educational media departments in the educational districts in Alamana Sana’a in the financial, administrative, technical and social fields.
The study concluded a set of results as: it showed that the ranking of fields difficulties faced by the media departments in the administrations of the educational districts in Alamana was as follows: the field of technical difficulties came as the first rank, while the field of financial difficulties came in second, the field of administrative difficulties came in the third, and the field of social difficulties ranks the fourth and the last. The results of the study also showed that the level of difficulties faced by the educational media departments in these administrations in Alamana (Sana’a), from the point of view of its employees, is considered (high) in general, and at the level of each area of difficulty, its degree ranged between (medium and high).
. Many recommendations were suggested as: The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the technical aspect of workers in the field of educational media in general, in terms of providing the necessary technical supplies such as cameras, computers, etc. He also argued the Ministry of Education to reconsider the budget specified for the educational media and work to raise it in a way that helps those whi are working in this field to achieve the goals of educational media specified in the ministry’s organizational regulations, in addition to working to issue the structure and organizational regulations of the general administration of the educational channel and educational media, its departments in the governorates, and its sections in the districts.
A number of academics, the department head, some researchers, students, interested people, and a number of the candidates’ colleagues and family members attended the viva.
The MA thesis has been examined and is recommended by the Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance and approval. The Candidate was recommended to be awarded the degree of Master Degree majoring in Educational Planning and Administration with an overall grade of 95%.
