The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the PhD Dissertation here to entitled: “The Effectiveness of a Program Based on the Differentiated Education on the development of Reflective skills and Jurisprudential concepts and the Attitude Towards Them Among Second-grade Students – Sana’a Governorate. “, submitted by Mr. Saleem Mohsen Saleh Alashwal Department of Islamic Studies (Curricula and Methods of Teaching Islamic Studies) , Faculty of Education –Sana’a, was held on Thursday, 26/05/1446 Hijri corresponding to 28/11/2024. The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed at:-
- Knowing the effectiveness of a program based on the differentiated education on the development of reflective skills and jurisprudential concepts and the attitude towards them among second-grade students – Sana’a governorate.
The study concluded many findings as: the program based on differentiated education achieved great effectiveness in developing reflective thinking skills and jurisprudential concepts and the attitude towards them among members of the experimental group of second-year secondary school students in Sana’a Governorate.
Many recommendations were suggested as: benefiting from the training program prepared in the current research in teaching students of other grades and other courses. Including the differentiated education strategy among the strategies used in preparing Islamic education teachers in colleges of education, and training them on how to use it in teaching Islamic education.
