The study aimed at introducing
- Clarifying the direction of the zaidi commentators to the differences of the seven readers of the two Imams Abu al-Fath al-Dailami in thier two books’ from Part Sixteen to Part Twenty-Three and highlighting their approaches to directing the seven readings, explaining the areas of agreement and differences between them and the people of guidance, and shedding light on the Qur’anic readings according to the Zaidis.
The study concluded a set of findings as:
- Both the two imams agreed in what they mentioned regarding the guidance for the seven recitations. Imam Al-Jashmi was distinguished in his guidance of the recitations by the strength and comprehensiveness of the presentation, the strength of the explanation and its details, and his skill in arranging the scientific material.
- What Imam Al-Jashmi directed is much more than what Imam Al-Dailami directed.
Many recommendations were suggested as: research centers which have relation with Holy Qur’an and its sciences should develop an encyclopedia on frequent recitations and directing them and their most prominent meanings in a modern scientific manner. There were also some suggestions for further studiesother scholars in postgraduate studies in the interpreters’ approaches in general and Al-Zaydida in particular should make a study on the interpreter’s approach in Qur’anic readings and guide him in his interpretation of what was not researched..
