Public PhD Viva-Voice Examination of Mr. Hasan Ali Hasan Alhadad
The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the PhD Dissertation hereto entitled: “Leadership Ethics and Its relationship to the Professional Performance among the Principals of Public Education Schools in Hadhramout Governorate through Job Satisfaction”, submitted by Mr. Hasan Ali Hasan Alhadad Department of Educational Planning and Administration, Faculty of Education –Sana’a, was held on Saturday., 26/06/1446 Hijri corresponding to 28/12/2024. The Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed at identifying the level of application of leadership ethics by principals of public education schools in Hadhramout Valley and its relationship to their professional performance through job satisfaction.
The study concluded a set of results as: the level of application of leadership ethics for public education school principals was high, ordered as follows: (personal qualities, administrative qualities, human relations), while the level of professional performance for public education school principals was high, ordered as follows: (planning, taking decisions, follow-up and evaluation), and the level of job satisfaction of public education school principals was high in the two areas (nature of work, social interaction.(
Many recommendations were suggested as improving the salaries and rewards of public education school principals in line with the economic conditions the country is going through. And working to improve the school and administrative work environment within public education schools.
A number of academics, some researchers, students, interested people, and a number of the candidates’ colleagues and family members attended the viva.
The PhD dissertation has been examined and is recommended by the Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance and approval. The Candidate was recommended to be awarded the degree of Doctorate of Philosophy in Education majoring in Educational Planning and Administration.
