Public PhD Viva-Voice Examination of Ms. Hanan Yahya Abdu Alsohbani

The Public Viva-Voice Examination for the PhD Dissertation entitled ” A Proposed Strategy for the Partnership Between the Ministry of Education and the Supportive Organizations to Develop the Management of Training Programs for Employees in Public Education Institutions in Yemen in Light of the Knowledge Society”, submitted by Ms. Hanan Yahya Abdu Alsohbani, Department of Foundations of Education, Faculty of Education, Sana’a University (Educational Planning), was held on Thursday, 28/08/1446 Hijri corresponding to 27/02/2025.

The study aimed mainly at designing a strategy for the partnership between the Ministry of Education and the supportive organizations to develop the management of training programs for employees in public education institutions in Yemen, in light of the knowledge society.
. To achieve this, the study relied on the descriptive approach, both survey and developmental. Due to the nature of the research, the modified Delphi method was used, where a purposeful sample of (24) individuals was selected from experts specializing in research fields at some Yemeni universities, leaders in education offices, and workers in public education institutions, as well as leaders and experts in local, regional and international organizations. To achieve this, the research relied on the descriptive approach, both survey and developmental.
The study concluded with a set of findings some of which are: the level of agreement of the participating experts on the total main indicators specified for the proposed partnership in developing the management of training programs in public education institutions in Yemen in light of the knowledge society, was very high, with a total arithmetic mean of (3.92), and a total standard deviation of (0.27), and a total approval rate of (97.98%), out of the total number of the (24) experts. Arriving at a proposed strategy for partnership in developing the management of training programs in public education institutions between the Ministry of Education and supportive organizations, included seven basic stages.
. Many recommendations were suggested as: the importance of adopting the proposed strategy for partnership in developing the management of training programs in public education institutions in Yemen in light of the knowledge society.
