The study aimed at measuring the level of awareness of bioethical issues among Sana’a University students.
The study concluded that the level of awareness of the bioethical issues is low. There is a statistically significant difference in the level of awareness of the bioethical issues between level 1 and level 4 students in favor of level 4.
Many recommendations were suggested as: incorporating the bioethical issues into pre- and in-service training programs for science teachers. Taking care of scientific advances resulting from the biological revolution and applying and designing them in biology and genetics courses, within an ethical, religious and legal framework.
A number of academics, the department head, some researchers, students, interested people, and a number of the candidates’ colleagues and family members attended the viva. Translated by: Prof. Fazee Khalid Almuslimi
