Evaluation Committee of Scientific and Research Centers Conducts Field Visits to Several Centers at Sana’a University

Sana’a – Saturday, June 21, 2025 (25 Dhul Hijjah 1446 AH)
As part of Sana’a University’s ongoing efforts to enhance the academic, administrative, and financial performance of its scientific and research centers, a field visit was conducted on Saturday by the evaluation committee appointed by the University Rector, Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, to evaluate the operations of several centers.
The committee included:
• Prof. Huda Al-Imad, Vice-Rector’s Assistant for Postgraduate Studies
• Prof. Zaid Ali Al-Wareeth, the Rector’s Assistant for Scientific and Research Centers Affairs
• Dr. Ahmed Al-Raidi
• Mr. Al-Ezzi Al-Khatri
• Mr. Taha Al-Mekhlafi
• Mr. Abdullah Muthanna
The centers visited during the assessment were: Economic & Financial Studies & Research Center, the Center for Political and Strategic Studies, and the Center for Educational and Psychological Counseling.
The committee was welcomed by Dr. Manaf Al-Dailami, Director of the Center for Financial and Banking Studies, Dr. Hussein Mutahar, Director of the Economic & Financial Studies & Research Center, Dr. Mohammed Al-Mahbashi, Director of the Center for Educational and Psychological Counseling, along with their respective deputies, faculty members, general secretaries, and postgraduate studies administrators.
Throughout the visit, the committee expressed its appreciation for the efforts made by the centers’ leadership and staff, commending the quality of performance and the noticeable progress achieved. The committee also encouraged continued efforts to strengthen research output and scientific activity, emphasizing the importance of effective preparation for the upcoming academic year 2025–2026 / 1447 AH.
