Sana’a University President Meets with Academic and Financial Administrators, Stresses the Importance of Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation

Chaired by Prof. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, Sana’a University Rector, a meeting was held today with the participation of Prof. Ibrahim Al-Mutaa, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Prof. Huda Al-Emad, Director of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center. The meeting brought together directors from the university’s academic, administrative, and entitlements departments across the faculties.
Initially, the Rector expressed his gratitude to the departments for their dedicated efforts over the past few months. He emphasized the need for continued commitment to strengthening the processes of monitoring and evaluation across academic, administrative, and financial fields.
The Rector also issued several directives aimed at improving institutional performance and ensuring adherence to academic plans and schedules. These included aligning lecture hours and academic calendars, tracking faculty attendance, and submitting both daily and periodic performance reports. He further emphasized the importance of enhanced coordination among various departments.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Saleem Al-Sufiani, General Director of Entitlements, and Mr. Mohammed Khasrouf, General Director of Academic Affairs.
