Sana’a University President Visits Faculty of Dentistry, Praises Its Academic & Community Service Role

Sana’a – Tuesday, 11 Safar 1447 Hijri/ August 5, 2025*
Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, Rector of Sana’a University, conducted an inspection visit today to the Faculty of Dentistry, where he met with the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Rami Isehaq, along with the vice deans, department heads, and both the technical and administrative staff. He discussed with them the progress of academic and research activities at the faculty.
During the visit, the University Rector reviewed several graduate students’ research papers and topics and attended a portion of their discussions, praising the scientific level and the efforts of their supervisors.
He also visited the teaching clinics, which house more than 160 dental chairs, where he was briefed on the services provided to citizens and the faculty’s workflow for organizing work and receiving cases.
In a statement on this occasion, Prof. Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the importance of the Faculty of Dentistry as a leading educational and service institution, considering it one of the cornerstones of Sana’a University for the daily health services it provides to the community, in addition to its academic role in qualifying specialized medical cadres. He stated that teamwork among all faculty members is the key to success and that success, when achieved, is credited to everyone without exception.
It is worth noting that this visit comes within the framework of the university leadership’s commitment to enhancing academic performance and improving the community services provided by the applied faculties. This contributes to developing the university education system and achieving quality and excellence.
