Sana’a University Academic Council Holds 2nd Meeting for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Sana’a – Wednesday, August 20, 2025 (26 Safar 1447 AH)
Sana’a University’s Academic Council convened its second regular meeting for the 2025/2026 academic year, chaired by Prof. Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Mutaa, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, with the participation of council members from various faculties.
At the outset, the council reviewed and approved the minutes of its previous session. It then endorsed several academic decisions, including the academic promotion of four faculty members and the employment status adjustments of nine academic posts, in addition to approving the permanent appointment of ten new teaching staff.
The meeting also discussed a range of issues related to the progress of the teaching process and academic performance, adopting the necessary resolutions to further enhance the quality of education at the university.
