Sana’a University Student Affairs Council Holds 2nd Meeting for Academic Year 1447 AH (2025/2026)

Sana’a – Tuesday, August 19, 2025 (25 Safar 1447 AH)
The Student Affairs Council at Sana’a University held its second regular meeting for the 1447 AH (2025/2026) academic year, chaired by Prof. Mohammed Ali Shukri, Vice Rector for Student Affairs.
During the session, the council approved graduation lists submitted by several faculties, including: Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, Faculty of Petroleum and Minerals, Faculty of Commerce and Economics, Faculty of Education – Arhab, Faculty of Education and Sciences – Khawlan, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Sharia and Law, and Faculty of Physical Education. These lists will be forwarded to the University Council for further formal endorsement.
The council also reviewed a number of student-related matters, including those submitted through the faculties and those filed directly by students. Moreover, it discussed reports from the Disciplinary Committee concerning student violations referred by certain faculties following the required investigations. Appropriate disciplinary measures were approved in line with university regulations, pending final approval by the University Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, the council reviewed and ratified the minutes of its previous session.
