Sana’a University Academic Council Holds 3rd Meeting of the Academic Year

The Academic Council of Sana’a University convened its third regular meeting for the academic year 1447 AH (2025-2026) on Monday. The session was chaired by Prof. Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Mutaa, the University Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, with the attendance of the Council’s members from various faculties.
During the session, the Council reviewed the items on its agenda and began by formally approving the minutes from its previous session.
Following the review, the Council approved several key academic matters related to faculty members, including:
– Academic promotions for two faculty members.
– Employment status adjustments for one faculty member
– The final approval of permanent appointments for thirteen faculty members.
The meeting also involved discussions on various topics related to the educational process and academic performance, resulting in a number of appropriate decisions aimed at enhancing the university’s academic operations.
