University President’s Assistant for Scientific Centers Visits Protected Agricultural Environment Center

Sana’a – Sunday, November 23, 2025 (Jumada Al-Thani 2, 1447 Hijri)
In implementation of the directives of Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, the University Rector, regarding developing performance in scientific centers, Prof. Zaid Ali Al-Wareeth, the Rector’s Assistant for Scientific and Research Centers’ Affairs, conducted a field visit today to the Protected Agricultural Environment Center (PAEC).
He was received by the Center’s Director, Dr. Mahasin Al-Munaibari, and a number of the working staff. During the visit, Prof. Al-Wareeth reviewed the activities implemented by the center, including the rehabilitation of agricultural greenhouses and their cultivation according to approved agricultural seasons.
During the visit, he also listened to a presentation on the most prominent challenges and difficulties facing the center. He discussed with the center’s administration the preparations for launching the Master’s program in the coming period. The two sides also touched upon the joint project between the center and the Ministry of Agriculture and ways to develop it to contribute to enhancing scientific research and improving agricultural services.
At the end of the visit, the Center’s Director and all its affiliates expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Rector’s Assistant for this visit and his ongoing support, affirming their commitment to continuing efforts to develop the center and enhance its performance.
