University President Inspects the University’s Scientific and Research Centers Complex

Sana’a – 3 December 2025 (12 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1447 AH)
Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, Rector of Sana’a University, conducted an inspection visit to the University’s Scientific and Research Centers Complex, which includes the Political and Strategic Studies Center (PSSC), the Economic and Financial Studies and Research Center (EFSRC), the Center for Human Rights and Polling (CHRP), the Educational and Psychological Counseling Center (EPCC), and the Population Studies and Training Center (PSTC).
He was received by Prof. Zaid Al-Warith, the University Rector’s Assistant for Scientific and Research Centers Affairs; Dr. Hussein Mutahar, Director of the PSSC; Dr. Munaf Al-Dailami, Director of the EFSRC; and Mr. Akram Al-Bukhaiti, Secretary-General of the Centers Complex.
During the visit, the University Rector reviewed the academic activities underway across the centers, including their postgraduate programs and the scientific and research services they provide. He also met with postgraduate students at the Political and Strategic Studies Center (PSSC), where he listened to their needs and discussed the nature of their academic work. In addition, he met with the administrative staff of the complex to assess workflow and the quality of both academic and administrative performance.
Prof. Al-Bukhaiti praised the significant role played by the university’s scientific centers—nearly 25 in total—emphasizing the importance of enhancing their performance in order to strengthen the university’s contribution to research and development.
The University Rector was accompanied during the visit by the University Secretary-General, Mr. Iskandar Al-Maqaleh.
