Executive Master’s Degree Awarded to Mr. Zaid Mohammed Yahya

Mr. Zaid Mohammed Yahya Al-Murtadha was awarded an Executive Master’s Degree in Public Administration for his thesis titled: The Role of Organizational Development in Service Quality at Yemen Gas Company, which was submitted to the Center of Public Administration – Sana’a University. The MA defense was held on Wednesday, Sha’ban 23, 1447 Hijri, corresponding to February 11, 2026.
The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed to:
To identify the role of organizational development in enhancing service quality at Yemen Gas Company
The study yielded several key findings summarized as follows:
The level of organizational development within Yemen Gas Company was rated as moderate.
The level of service quality implementation was rated as high.
A statistically significant role was found for organizational development in improving service quality.
In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following:
Strengthening communication channels among departments to reduce duplication of work.
Involving employees in drafting and developing policies and procedures.
Keeping pace with technological developments that facilitate service delivery.
Adopting a mechanism for periodic evaluation of service quality.
The defense session was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, colleagues, and the researcher’s family.
