Executive Master’s Degree Awarded to Mr. Ali Sharaf Saleh Al-Dhalei

Mr. Ali Sharaf Saleh Al-Dhalei was awarded an Executive Master’s Degree in Public Administration for his thesis titled: The Role of E-Management in Improving the Quality of Health Services at Modern European Hospital in the Capital Secretariat, which was submitted to the Center of Public Administration – Sana’a University. The MA defense was held on Thursday, Sha’ban 24, 1447 Hijri, corresponding to February 12, 2026.
The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed to:
To determine the role of e-management, with its various dimensions, in improving the quality of health services at Modern European Hospital.
The study yielded several key findings summarized as follows:
A statistically significant role was found for e-management in improving all dimensions of health service quality at Modern European Hospital.
In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following:
Focusing on addressing identified weaknesses.
Enhancing training and qualification programs for staff at Modern European Hospital.
The defense session was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, colleagues, and the researcher’s family.
