Sana’a University Launches Lecture Recording Initiative at Faculty of Medicine

Following the directives of Prof. Al-Kasem Mohammed Abass, Sana’a University Rector, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences today launched the process of recording and filming lectures in classrooms. This step implements the University Council’s decision to record lectures in all faculties and publish them on the University’s electronic platforms.
During the inauguration, Prof. Khalid Al-Khamisi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, emphasized the significance of this initiative. He explained that the faculty administration would provide full support to ensure its success, highlighting its potential to greatly enhance the faculty’s learning quality. This initiative reflects Sana’a University’s commitment to achieving high educational standards and facilitating students’ access to lectures. This also will help to review lecture activities and content for students in the future.
Prof. Khalid Al-Khamisi adds that this step is expected to significantly elevate the faculty’s standing among its regional and global counterparts.
The inauguration was attended by Prof. Huda Al-Emad, Dean of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center; Mr. Adel Al-Hababi, the Rector’s Assistant for Media Affairs; and Dr. Khalid Al-Shami, Secretary General of the Faculty of Medicine.
