The Academic Council Approves Promotions, Academic Status Adjustment, and Appointments for Several Faculty Members

The Academic Council at Sana’a University held its seventh periodic meeting for the academic year 1446 Hijri—2024/2025 on Wednesday, 22/7/1446 Hijri, corresponding to January 22, 2025. Prof. Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Muta’a, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, chaired the meeting, which was attended by members of the Academic Council from the various faculties.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Council approved the minutes of its previous meeting and endorsed them. It also approved a number of academic promotions, totaling 5 promotions, and approved 9 academic status adjustments. The Council also approved the confirmation of 12 faculty members’ appointments.

During its meeting, the Council discussed several topics related to the educational process and the progress of academic performance and made appropriate decisions regarding them.
