Master’s Degree Awarded to Ms. Bushra Ahmed Mohammed in Educational Administration and Planning

Ms. Bushra Ahmed Mohammed Ja’ara was awarded a Master’s degree with an overall average of (Excellent) and a grade of 95% from the Faculty of Education, Sana’a University, for her thesis entitled “The Level of Service Quality Provided by the Faculties of Sana’a University According to the SERVPERF Scale.” The defense was held on Saturday, Sha’ban 7, 1446 Hijri, corresponding to April 5, 2025.
The MA viva-voce committee consisted of the following members:
– Prof. Ahmed Ali Al-Hajj Mohammed, Internal Examiner, Sana’a University – Chairman
– Prof. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Sharjabi, Main Supervisor, Sana’a University
– Prof. Mansour Qasem Al-Madhaji, External Examiner, Saada University.
The study aimed to determine the level of educational service quality in Sana’a University faculties across various dimensions. Key findings revealed an overall service quality level of 67.7%, with the “Tangibles” dimension ranking highest. Recommendations included enhancing staff skills, encouraging participation in international conferences, utilizing technology in services, and holding workshops on technological advancements. The viva voce was attended by academics, researchers, and interested individuals.
