University President: Serving the University is a Sacred Duty and Teamwork Enhances Success

As part of his ongoing commitment to direct engagement with the university’s faculties and centers, Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, Sana’a University Rector, held an extensive meeting with the leadership of the Faculty of Education in Sana’a. The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof Saad Al-Alawi, and attended by the faculty’s vice deans and department heads.
At the outset, the University Rector welcomed the faculty leadership, commending their efforts in fulfilling their academic and administrative duties. He stressed the importance of collaboration and teamwork, noting its significant role in improving performance and raising the overall standards of both the faculty and the university.
“Belonging to the Sana’a University team is a great honor, and serving the university is a sacred national and professional duty,” stated Prof. Al-Bukhaiti. He urged all staff to uphold strong ethical and moral values in their interactions and to address internal matters responsibly within the faculty’s framework. He also affirmed the university presidency’s full readiness to support initiatives aimed at developing the educational process.
The University Rector highlighted that the challenges facing educational institutions require unity and genuine cooperation, emphasizing that teamwork is the key to institutional success. He noted that coordination between academic and administrative levels will significantly enhance Sana’a University’s standing among Yemeni and Arab universities.
For his part, Prof. Saad Al-Alawi, the Faculty Dean, expressed his appreciation to the University Rector for this thoughtful and productive meeting, affirming the faculty leadership’s commitment to the Rector’s directives and to working diligently toward academic and administrative advancement.
During the meeting, Prof. Al-Alawi and the vice deans presented a number of observations and proposals related to academic operations and the requirements for improving the educational environment and providing better conditions for students and faculty members.
This meeting comes within the broader framework of the university administration’s commitment to institutional integration and strengthening communication with its various faculties and centers, as part of a comprehensive vision to improve university performance, achieve academic accreditation, and enhance quality standards.
