Committee Tasked with Evaluating Performance of Scientific & Research Centers Successfully Concludes Work

The Evaluation Committee of Scientific and Research Centers at Sana’a University, appointed by the university leadership to assess performance of the centers, has concluded the academic, financial, and administrative assessment tasks. This follows the committee’s completion of its field visits to all university centers over a three-week period.
The committee, headed by Prof. Huda Al-Emad, the Vice-Rector’s Assistant for Graduate Studies, included the following members: Prof. Zaid Al-Warith, the Rector’s Assistant for Scientific & Research Centers Affairs; Dr. Ahmed Al-Raidi, Deputy Director of Centers for Quality Affairs; Mr. Al-Ezzi Al-Khatari from the Internal Audit Section at the University General Administration; Mr. Taha Al-Mekhlafi from Legal Affairs office; Mr. Abdullah Muthanna from the Financial Affairs Department; and Mr. Zaki Al-Thawr, the official in charge of the SAR electronic system of the university. The committee emphasized the importance of enhancing research and scientific work in the centers. It also urged centers to prepare effectively for the new academic year.
The committee praised the efforts made by the administrations of the centers and their staff and urged them to exert further efforts to develop their academic, administrative, and financial performance.
This evaluation comes within the framework of Sana’a University’s efforts to improve the educational process, develop performance in its scientific and research centers, and enhance its role in serving the community and contributing to national development.
