The MA defense was held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

| 2 | Dr. Halimah Abdullah Jahhaf | Main Supervisor | Sana’a University | Member |
| 3 | Dr. Iman Abdullah Hajar | Internal Examiner | Sana’a University |
The thesis comprised a critical study and investigation of a portion of the Quranic commentary Al-Bulgha, a work that has received considerable attention from scholars and Imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), both as a source of instruction, study, and a reference in religious scholarship.
The study aimed to bring this text under investigation to light, offering scholars the opportunity to benefit from its rich content, and access its insights and references, particularly for works that have cited it or relied on its narrations. The researcher produced a critical edition of the selected portion, carefully verifying the text, clarifying obscure phrases, correcting scribal errors, identifying the original manuscript readings, and determining the most accurate possible readings.
The researcher concluded the thesis with several key recommendations, as follows:
- Searching for the first volume of the commentary Book, Al-Bulgha.
- Completing the critical investigation of the remaining four volumes of the Book.
- Conducting comparative analysis between Al-Bulgha and other exegetical works that appear to share clear connections.
The thesis defense was attended by several academics, researchers, students, and interested professionals, along with the researcher’s colleagues and family members.
