Prof. Al-Muta’a Discusses Academic Progress with Heads of Departments and Teaching Assistants at the Faculty of Education – Arhab

A meeting was held today, Saturday, chaired by Prof. Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Muta’a, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, with the heads of departments and teaching assistants of the Faculty of Education and Applied Sciences in Arhab.
The meeting addressed the progress of the educational process at the faculty, reviewing the academic performance and teaching loads for each faculty member. The participants also discussed the attendance and absence rates among both students and faculty members.
The Vice Rector for Academic Affairs listened to the opinions and suggestions of the department heads and teaching assistants regarding the obstacles they face, with a focus on the appropriate ways to solve them.
The attendees also discussed the mechanism for supervising scientific theses and the postgraduate studies of teaching assistants to regularize their academic status, and the appropriate decisions were made in this regard.
The meeting aimed to enhance communication between the university’s academic affairs office and the faculty members and teaching assistants, and to work on improving the quality of the educational process at the faculty.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Mohammed Khasrouf, Director General of Academic Affairs; Mr. Abdo Saeed, Director of the Vice Rector’s Office; and Mr. Abdul Khaleq Al-Qadri, Head of the Academic Council Department.
