Master’s Degree Awarded to Mr. Ayman Ali Al-Weshali in Business Administration

Mr. Ayman Ali Mohammed Al-Weshali was awarded a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an average of (Excellent) and a grade of (95%) for his thesis titled “The Impact of Smart Leadership on Promoting Talent Management: A Field Study on Yemeni Private Universities,” which was submitted to the Faculty of Commerce and Economics at Sana’a University. The defense was held on Monday, February 23, 2026.
The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:

The study aimed to measure the impact of Smart Leadership and its key dimensions—Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Rational Intelligence (IQ), and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ)—on promoting talent management within Yemeni private universities.
The study identified a statistically significant positive correlation between the dimensions of Smart Leadership and the promotion of talent management within Yemeni private universities.
The study concluded with several important recommendations, most notably:
• Enhancing interest in smart leadership in Yemeni private universities and leveraging it to strengthen talent management.
• Increasing awareness of talent management, considering talented individuals as intellectual capital and the most important assets in universities.
The thesis was examined and recommended by the MA Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance and approval. The defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, and interested individuals, in addition to the candidate’s colleagues and family members.
