The study revealed shortcomings in the availability of qualified sports professionals within the Ministry and found that the laws, regulations, and bylaws governing the Ministry’s work have not kept pace with recent developments and the needs of Yemeni sports. The findings also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to gender, while statistically significant differences were found among certain educational qualification groups in favor of respondents holding master’s degrees.
In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the recruitment and empowerment of qualified administrative and academic personnel and their integration into the Ministry of Youth and Sports and its affiliated bodies, in a manner that contributes to improving administrative performance and strengthening the principles of governance.
The dissertation defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, and specialists, students, colleagues, and the researcher’s family.
